Advertising and User Content Rules

These rules bind clients, creators, and material arranged through Reelee, in addition to the laws of the advertiser, creator, audience, and publication platform.

This convenience version summarizes the controlling Russian-language documents. Mandatory law in your country remains applicable.

1. Responsibility for advertising

The advertiser is responsible for the advertised subject, claims, permits, and brief. The creator is responsible for the actual publication, disclosures, and platform compliance. The parties must allocate ad-system reporting and labeling duties required in each market. Reelee does not become an ad agency merely by supplying tools, but performs its own platform obligations and responds to violations.

2. Russian Federation restrictions

For the Russian market, offers and deals are prohibited on resources covered by article 5(10.7) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ and current FAS enforcement guidance. As of this version, Reelee blocks Russian advertising scenarios for Instagram*, YouTube, and Telegram. The list may change with authority decisions and access restrictions.

Instagram* and Facebook* are owned by Meta Platforms Inc., whose activities are recognized as extremist and prohibited in the Russian Federation. This identification is for compliance, not promotion.

3. Prohibited material and practices

  • Illegal goods, services, or promotion methods; extremism, terrorism, drugs, weapons, gambling, and regulated categories without required authorization.
  • False or unsupported claims, undisclosed advertising, fake reviews, metric manipulation, and passing off third-party content.
  • Infringement of copyright, trademarks, image rights, confidentiality, personal data, or child-directed advertising rules.
  • Phishing, malware, concealed redirects, collection of payment credentials, or links inconsistent with their stated destination.
  • Circumvention of Reelee geographic, plan, moderation, or legal restrictions.

4. Notice and action

Reports go to legal@reelee.pro and should include an exact URL or ID, the alleged violation, supporting documents, and contact details. On sufficient notice, the operator may promptly restrict access, request a response, preserve evidence, forward a lawful notice, and remove material. Knowingly false notices are prohibited.

For users in Russia: Instagram* and Facebook* are owned by Meta Platforms Inc., whose activities are recognized as extremist and prohibited in the Russian Federation. Advertising rules
